Working in startups is unique. The autonomy, speed, limitations, and the daily need to adapt to change — the feeling that every decision and every line of code has an impact.

After ten years of working in startups as a Senior+ Engineer and leading teams as Engineering Lead, it’s time to make the next step in my career.

Over the last couple of months, I have been preparing and looking for a new opportunity.

And I found one.

I’m an incoming Head of Engineering, with reach and impact not only to build and lead a team, but, more importantly, to help shape an engineering organisation and the company itself from the start.

I’m excited for the journey ahead.
