I got introduced to a warm, welcoming team.

The current engineering team is offshore, distributed over three countries and 10.5 time zones. A big focus in the next few days will be getting to know the team and bonding as much as we can while you work remotely.

Later, I had lunch with one of the co-founders to go over the next couple of days. I got a clear 30/60/90-day plan with clear actions and deliverables. In general, this is great, especially for a seed-stage co. Let’s.

Let’s see how much of it will change while. As I like to say, Budgets are theory; variance is reality—so add a “buffer.”
